NIBC is looking for an enthusiastic intern for the Innovation Lab! The world is changing fast and offers an unprecedented number of possibilities. One of the Innovation Lab’s three tasks is to introduce colleagues to new developments. As an intern, you look for the possibilities for NIBC and help with specific pilots.
What are you going to do?
So much is happening inside and outside the financial sector that every extra pair of eyes helps us identify opportunities. You will not be put off by terms such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, FinTech and Cyber Security.
In fact, you want to know what the companies behind these terms can mean for NIBC.
We will share these opportunities with all our colleagues by organizing internal and external events, together with innovative companies that you find interesting. Which inspiring formats can you come up with?
You enter into dialogue with companies, look for alternatives and actively look for opportunities for partnerships or pilots.
In addition to organizing events and workshops, you will help set up or further develop the NIBC chatbot.
What is the Innovation Lab?
The Innovation Lab is part of the Strategy & Development team and consists of a total of 3 NIBC staff.
The Lab inspires, connects internal with external parties and experiments. One of the tasks of the NIBC Innovation Lab is to encourage employees to think about tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
Projects can be carried out entirely internally, but rather with third parties.
Who are we looking for?
Are you enthusiastic about organizing events, propagating visions and participating in pilots, then we are looking for you!
What do you ask therefore:
- Creativity and flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Independence and initiative
- Entrepreneurial spirit, Think Yes mentality
- Available for at least three months
- You are a college or university student
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
